Booth Specifications and Configurations

A. Standard Booth (Specification: 3m * 3m * 2.5m)

The standard configuration for each standard booth is as follows:
Booth board: The name and booth number of the exhibitor in both Chinese and English.
Booth Enclosure： The standard booth is made of aluminum frame， consisting of one楣board and three enclosures on one side， or two楣boards and two enclosures on both sides
Furniture： A square negotiation table and two chairs are provided.
Electrical Appliances： Two spotlights and a 220V power socket (limited to 500W for non-lighting use) are equipped.
Instructions for Use：
1. Corner booths must have two open sides (if there are special requirements, please inform the organizing committee in advance). The rest of the booths must have a single open side.
2. If the exhibitor orders two or more consecutive standard booths， unless the exhibitor applies in advance， the organizing committee will reserve the connection between the two or consecutive booths.
3. No additional devices may be installed within the structure of the standard booth. If any modification is needed， please contact the organizing committee. Otherwise， the organizing committee has the right to seal the booth and stop the exhibitor's participation.
4. Standard booths are not allowed to install self-installed lighting fixtures. It is strictly prohibited to privately wire or connect. Those who violate this rule will be investigated by the conference as a potential safety power supply hazard.
5. The organizing committee has the right to place the power switch box and overload protection distribution box in an appropriate position within the booth.

B. Luxurious elevated booth (specification: 3m * 3m * 3.2m)

The standard configuration for each standard booth is as follows:
Booth board: The name and booth number of the exhibitor in both Chinese and English.
Booth Enclosure： The standard booth is made of aluminum frame， consisting of one楣board and three enclosures on one side, or two楣boards and two enclosures on both sides.
Furniture: A square negotiation table and two chairs are provided.
Electrical Appliances： Two spotlights and a 220V power socket (limited to 500W for non-lighting use) are equipped.

C. Exhibition Floor Space (Specialized Setup: Minimum order of 36 square meters, with an increase in multiples of 54 square meters.)

Booth Management
(1) It is strictly prohibited to transfer or sublease (sell) the booth. If the user of the booth is different from the applicant for the booth, it will be regarded as an illegal transfer or sublease (sale) of the booth. Including:
1. Transfer the booth under the guise of an alliance to an alliance member for use;
2. Transfer the booth under the names of supply or collaboration (association) to a supplier, collaborator, or associated unit for use;
3. Transfer the booth under the name of borrowing to another unit for use;
4. Arbitrarily swap or exchange booths without permission;
5. Charge cooperation units high fees for booth use or exhibition fees under the names of supply, alliance, collaboration, etc;
6. Other illegal transfer or lease (sale) of booths.
(II) During the exhibition, all booths should be manned and a booth supervisor should be designated.
The booth supervisor must be a formal staff member of the exhibiting unit or can be a business personnel. The booth supervisor must remain at their post.
(III) During the exhibition, each exhibiting unit must not engage in on-site item trading or public quotations.
(IV) After the exhibition begins, without the permission of the organizing unit, no exhibits can be removed from the booth or the exhibition hall. Before the exhibition ends, no booth can be dismantled.
(V) During the exhibition, standard booths (including luxurious and elevated booths) should be cleaned up of their garbage and all enterprise-related promotional materials within the booth before leaving.
(VI) For the units that violate the regulations, the following measures will be taken:
1. Public reprimand;

2. Confiscation of the proceeds from the illegal transfer or lease (sale) of the booth;
3. Confiscation of the exhibition certificates, cancellation of the exhibition qualification, and referral to law enforcement agencies for handling
